Party Rental Policies:

Rental Periods: 

• Rental periods are from 10am – 9pm unless otherwise stated. 
• Fun Merchandise reserves the right to allow changes to those times at its descretion. 
• If you ask for a time change and Fun Merchandise does not allow it, please be professional about it.   

Reservations Policy:

• A reservation is required to grantee any rental item. Walk in business is welcome but you will probably miss out on your party by doing so.
• To make a reservation to grantee a unit for your party, a $75.00 non-refundable deposit is required, which applies to your total rental fees.
• Once a reservation is made that reservation is binding and can not be canceled. Fun Merchandise grantees you a unit for your day and we require the renter to honor that reservation.
• If you need to reschedule your party date, you can do so up to 60 days from original date with out loosing deposit. 
• Reservations can be rescheduled only during weekdays. No exceptions!
• It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Fun Merchandise to reschedule dates. 
• Reservation fees are due no matter the reason for cancellation. 
• Advanced reservations are allowed. If a reservation is made a month before your party date then there are no cancellations or reschedules allowed. 
• Reservations can not be rescheduled with in eight days of reservation date. Bounce houses are just as fun in the rain as they are on a sunny day.
• These rules are meant to protect other customers and there parties. It is not fair to other customers for one customer to take a unit off the market and then cancel. When that happens, then neither person gets to have a party.

Machine Consignment Policy

How it works: Fun Merchandise offers customers numerous options for the sale, trade, or consignment of their merchandise. Ultimately, the end result is the customer’s choice.

1. No sale will occur unless the seller and the consigner agree on selling price.
2. There are no fees to consigner for consignment if Fun Merchandise sells the machine.
3. Seller receives 20% of total sale of merchandise regardless of length of time item is up for sale.
4. If consigner sells machine before Fun Merchandise does, there is a minimum of $150 fee for handling of merchandise.
5. There are no guaranteed selling prices for consignments. All sales are negotiable at Fun Merchandise.
6. Machines are consigned on an individual basis. There are no group rates regarding commissions on machines. Each machine sold is subject to the 20% commission.
7. Any repair or pickup fees will be deducted for the sale before commissions are paid.  Fun Merchandise will then collect the 20% as stated above on #3.

RETURN POLICY:

Service and Warranty Information

Fun Merchandise offers a service agreement with each of its machines for $50 per machine, to be purchased at the time of sale only. This service contract is included for free with most online purchases as stated in each listing. Fun Merchandise repairs coin operated machines within a 100-mile radius of Cincinnati, Ohio, and the cost of repair and parts varies with and without the service agreement. Without the service agreement, the repair cost is $65 per hour and 100% on parts at Fun Merchandise, and $100 per hour repair and 100% on parts at another location. With the service agreement, the repair cost is $35 per hour and 100% on parts at Fun Merchandise, and $65 per hour repair and 100% on parts at another location. For repairs at another location, chargeable time begins when the repair person leaves the premises of Fun Merchandise.

Repairs done by mail are not charged labor unless diagnostic time is required. Many repairs not in the service area may be handled via phone, fax and/or mail. If you are having a problem with a Fun Merchandise machine, please contact us. We will give our full attention to helping you solve your problem over the phone, at which point we may ask you to ship any parts for repair to us if the problem can not be easily corrected. Your cost for parts will be 100% with or without the service agreement, not including tax or shipping.

Fun Merchandise offers a trade in policy with each of its machines of 100% for the first week, 80% for the first month, 55% for the first year and 45% for the life of the machine. This percentage is on the original price paid for the machine, not including tax, crating or shipping, redeemable toward any merchandise in the store of equal or greater value. This trade in value is redeemable by the original owner only, and will be offset by any and all costs to repair damage to the machine. Although the trade in value of one machine may be redeemed toward the purchase of more than one machine, the trade in value of more than one machine may only be redeemed toward the purchase of an equal number of machines having equal or greater value.

Shipping Policy

Party Rentals: Shipping rates are for delivery only. These rates are for the transport, set-up, break-down, and return of the Bouncers/Waterslides.

MISC ITEMS:
If an item purchased does not have a shipping amount specified during checkout it is because shipping will be arranged by both parties after the transaction is completed. GENERAL SHIPPING INFO:
Normal shipments take 3-6 business days in transit. Unless specified, the merchandise will ship the day after payment is received. Call 513-868-0713 or email fun@funmerchandise.com for tracking information.

• If equipment is damaged during the shipping process Fun Merchandise must be notified within 10 days of purchaser receiving the equipment. If purchaser does not notify Fun Merchandise within the allotted time frame, no claim can be filed. Fun Merchandise is not responsible for any shipping damage.
• Please notate all scratches, dents, holes, or any type of indentations on the box to the shipper (UPS, FedEx, Bax Global) before signing for the merchandise. If there is damage to the box then the shipper is responsible.
• If the merchandise box is broke in half, making broken noises, or the driver rolled it up to your house, decline acceptance of the merchandise and notify Fun Merchandise of the circumstances immediately.

These steps are required to protect you the customer and us Fun Merchandise from any damage caused by shipping companies. They are not meant to scare you away. Sometimes being over cautious is ok.

Privacy Policy

Fun Merchandise will only obtain the amount of information that is necessary to process your order. Fun Merchandise protects your privacy and will not share any information with any other company.

All information obtained is viewed by qualified personnel only and is not accessible by any other employees. Fun Merchandise offers secure on-line ordering or if a customer prefers, they may pay by money order or check by printing the order form and mailing to Fun Merchandise , 3108 Dixie Hwy. Hamilton, OH 45015. All personal checks must clear before order can be processed.

4. Order Processing: Orders received before 2:30 p.m. U.S. Central Time are generally processed by the next business day. Depending upon order volume, however, processing can potentially take longer.
5. Shipping: Orders received before 3:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time are generally shipped within two business days. If we determine that, for any reason, your order will not ship within five business days of processing, we will attempt to notify you by e-mail. 6. Damage During Shipment: The items we sell pass a thorough technician inspection prior to shipping and are insured for damage during shipment. You are responsible for the product once it is in transit, including any damage that may occur during shipment. If you receive a damaged product, please contact the shipper (typically Fed Ex: 800-Gofedex, or Bax Global: 800-callbax) and file a damage claim with the shipper. The insurance is designed to provide you with the funds to repair the damage. We cannot take responsibility for damage during shipment.
7. Order Cancellation Policy: An order cannot be cancelled after it has shipped. Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping, although you will be charged a 20% restocking & handling fee for all such pre-shipment cancellations.
8. Return Policy: We do not accept returns, or grant refunds under any circumstances.
